Sandy has been handling my real estate for years and GETS THINGS SOLD AND MORE IMPORTANTLY CLOSED. Once under contract she is going to handle everything for you ie appraisals, surveys, inspections etc. to make sure the closing goes forward in a timely basis. She is a great negotiator in maximizing you sales price if you are the seller If you are the buyer she will try to get you the property at a fair reasonable price. She will not waste your time trying to show you properties not suited for you as she will learn what you like and seek properties suited for you. I would not use any other realtor on the coast except her especially in the housing market There is a reason she is in the top 1% of agents in the country every year. She is a workaholic!!!! All the time.

Sandy is the best realtor we have ever worked with! I knew she was who I wanted after having a market analysis done on my home 2 years prior to listing.
